Italian Feast – Sunday, November 15, 2026, 11a-5p

Become a Vendor

Are you ready to be part of the second largest festival in Summerville? Become a vendor for as little as $200.

Vendor Booth Selection

Welcome to the Summerville Italian Feast!

This year we are introducing a new vendor layout designed to create a better experience for both vendors and festival guests. Rather than selecting individual booth locations, vendors will reserve a space and our team will thoughtfully place vendors throughout the festival grounds. This approach allows us to evenly distribute similar businesses so that vendors are not placed directly next to competitors, while also creating a balanced flow of food, shopping, and activities for our guests.

Our goal is simple: help every vendor have the best possible opportunity for visibility and success while making the Feast more enjoyable for everyone who attends. We appreciate your partnership and look forward to another fantastic celebration together!

Vendor Terms and Conditions

Participation in the Summerville Italian Feast or its associated events is subject to the following terms and conditions. Submission of a vendor application indicates agreement with these policies.

  1. Event Operations

The Summerville Italian Feast is a rain-or-shine event. Vendors are expected to operate during all scheduled festival hours unless otherwise directed by event organizers. Vendors must be fully set up and ready for business prior to the event opening and remain open until the designated closing time.

  1. Weather Policy

The festival will take place regardless of weather conditions, including rain. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related interruptions, delays, or early closures that are beyond the control of the event organizers. Vendors are responsible for securing tents, equipment, and merchandise to ensure safe operation in varying weather conditions.

  1. Licenses & Permits

Vendors are responsible for obtaining and displaying all required licenses and permits, including but not limited to:

  • South Carolina Retail Sales Tax License (if applicable)
  • Dorchester County / Town of Summerville business license if required
  • DHEC permits for food vendors
  • Any required fire or safety inspections

Failure to comply with local or state regulations may result in removal from the event without refund.

  1. Insurance

Vendors may be required to provide proof of general liability insurance naming the festival organizers as additionally insured. Specific requirements will be communicated prior to the event.

  1. Food & Beverage Regulations

All food vendors must comply with South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) regulations. Proper food handling, storage, sanitation, and temperature control are required at all times. The festival reserves the right to inspect vendor booths and request corrective action if safety standards are not being met.

  1. Setup & Breakdown

Vendors will receive designated setup times prior to the event. Vehicles must be removed from vendor areas before the festival opens to the public. Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved by festival management. Vendors are responsible for removing all equipment, trash, and materials from their area at the conclusion of the event.

  1. Booth Spaces

Vendor booth assignments will be determined by festival organizers. Vendors must remain within their assigned space and may not obstruct walkways, neighboring vendors, or emergency access areas. Subleasing or sharing vendor space without approval is prohibited.

  1. Power & Equipment

Electricity is unavailable. Vendors requiring electricity must bring their own equipment. Quiet generators may be permitted with prior approval.

  1. Safety & Conduct

Vendors must maintain a safe, clean, and professional booth area at all times. Open flames, cooking equipment, or generators must comply with fire safety requirements. The festival reserves the right to remove any vendor engaging in unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate behavior.

  1. Cancellations

Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers. If a vendor cancels their participation, the fee will be forfeited unless otherwise determined by event management.

  1. Hold Harmless Agreement

Vendors agree to hold harmless the Summerville Italian Feast, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and the hosting venue from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the event.

  1. Compliance

Failure to follow these terms may result in removal from the event without refund and may affect eligibility for future participation.
