Sponsors for the Summerville Italian Feast Meatball Run, which is just day before the feast, are the champions of this festival.

All proceeds benefit the Educational Foundation of Dorchester County District II Schools.
THE RACE
The Inaugural annual Meatball 5K Run and 1 mile fun run is a USATF certified race through the historic district of Summerville, SC. The race begins and ends at St Pauls Summerville, SC.
Proceeds benefit Educational Foundation Dorchester District II School system. Awards will be given for individuals male / female top 3 in each age category and a team award for highest participation. 5K participants will receive a t-shirt and a medal with registration. The 1 mile Fun Run participants will receive a medal.
