Are you ready to be part of the second largest festival in Summerville? Become a vendor for as little as $125.

Please note that filling out the vendor application does not constitute acceptance as a vendor until the committee has reviewed and approved your application.

Interactive Vendor Booth Selection Map

We’re introducing a selective interactive vendor booth map. Beginning March 15th, you’ll be able to see and select the booth location that you want to have for the festival.

How to Use: In the bottom right corner of the map are zoom controls and the ability to enlarge the map to your full screen. Zoom in to look around the map. You’l see vendor booths along West Doty Avenue, Little Main Street, and  West Richardson Avenue. Select a vendor booth and you’ll see details about that particular booth and a button to reserve.

All booth reservations are considered pending until you receive an email confirming your booth location.

PLEASE NOTE: The interactive vendor booth selection map is updated 2 – 3 times per day. If the booth color is red, it has already been reserved.

Some booths may not be red on the interactive vendor booth selection map but on the next page may already be reserved and out of stock as it is not updated in real-time. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your grace while we continue to enhance the overall user experience.

Tell us the size of the space you are looking for. Space are 10 feet wide and either 10 or 20 feet long. Spaces are $125 per 10 feet of length.

All booths must be set up between 7:00-9:30 a.m. the day of the event. No vehicles will be permitted onto the street known as “Little Main”, W. Richardson & W. Doty Avenue after 9:30 a.m. the day of the event.

  • Only one business may exhibit per booth.
  • Each booth must be staffed between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
  • All booths will be torn down and fully cleaned before 7:30 p.m.
  • A $25 charge will be assessed if items are not disposed of properly.
  • Any displays must be within the assigned booth space and will not extend into other assigned space.

Late vendor arrivals past 9:30 a.m. must be coordinated with the Feast Director if vehicles are needed to travel on “Little Main” and West Doty Avenue.

The Feast will provide trash containers for dis-posal and the vendor is responsible for removing the exhibit and any garbage. Vendors will comply with Town of Summerville regulations which require that accommodation tax be collected. Vendors will be personally liable to other participating vendors and members of the public for their own acts. Vendors must have or obtain a special event Business License from the Town of Summerville at least 1-week prior.

  • Vendor shall and will hold harmless the Summerville Italian Feast, its affiliates and its members from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, expenses, fees, penalties, suits, proceedings, actions, and causes of action of any and every kind and nature arising from or out of, or in any connected way with Vendor use, occupancy, or activities in or related to the event.
  • Vendor understands neither Summerville Italian Feast nor its members will be held responsible for loss and/or damage to vendor’s personal property caused by any reason, and will not assert any such claim against them.
  • Vendor understands that they are not covered by any insurance policies on behalf of Summerville Italian Feast, or any entity affiliated with the Festival.
  • Summerville Italian Feast reserves the right to decline acceptance of any application or to ask any vendor to leave the festival if they misrepresent information on this application, or if their product or conduct is deemed inappropriate to this family-oriented event.
  • There is no rain date and no refunds will be issued. The Summerville Italian Feast reserves the right in their sole discretion, to cancel the event in whole or part due to inclement weather and no refund will be issued.
  • All Vendors are independent agents.
  • Tents and tables are NOT provided by the festival
